Writing the Soul Home Course Details:
Our creative journey will occur on Sunday Evenings for 1.5 hours on Zoom.
$444 for eight weeks of sacred exploration
The course is structured through the practical and spiritual dimensions of the seven chakras. Each week, you will be guided by specific writing practices that will help you connect deeply with yourself and fellow participants.

In addition to writing exercises, practice, and sharing, we will explore various wisdom teachings that help deepen one's connection to Spirit and Self.
Each week, you will be guided through somatic movements aligned with each chakra to assist in awakening the hidden stories and wisdom within the body.
​
You will need a journal, pen, and paper, a quiet space for our time together and throughout the week when we are apart, and a readiness to deep dive. This course is for any woman-identifying persons wishing to deepen their relationship with their inner teacher, creative, and writer.
